  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

📦 Delivery Time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
    (Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier service and location.)

💸 Shipping Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60–৳80

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳100–৳130
    (Shipping cost may vary depending on product weight or order volume.)

🚚 Delivery Method:

We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

📍 Delivery Attempts:

  • If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the product.

  • In case of failed delivery, re-shipping will require additional charges.

  • Customers must check the parcel before receiving it from the delivery agent. If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
